About Us
Our cluster’s origins trace back to the 1990s when the Sopot Marketing Group (SGM) first began operations. One of its key specializations was the design and production of packaging, including solutions for pharmaceutical companies. Leveraging years of experience in the dietary supplements and cosmetics sector, Inventia Polish Technologies joined the group at the turn of the 20th and 21st centuries as a manufacturer of cosmetics and dietary supplements.
Over the years, our continuous growth led to the expansion and specialization of operations, resulting in the creation of Excelleno, a dedicated entity focusing on the production and packaging of liquid products.
Today, our cluster comprises six entities working together to bring cosmetic products and dietary supplements from concept to market.
VIGRAN P.SA, the newest addition to our group, focuses on serving the South American market.
Machine Park
The supplement production process takes place in two locations in the northern Poland, Pomeranian voivodeship. Both locations are subjects under control of the state sanitary institution SANEPID and institutions supervising HACCP and GMP certifications. Our machinery, which we are constantly expanding and modernizing, includes:
- Korsch tableting machines,
- IMA encapsulating machines,
- blistering machines (made in Poland, to order),
- automatic and semi-automatic counting machines,
- pharmaceutical mixers, granulators and grinders (made in Poland,
to order), - line sachet machine,
- automatic system for controlling and maintaining room temperature
and humidity, - air pollution extraction system,
- complete laboratory equipment,
- devices for controlling parameters related to production quality, such
as photocells or equipment for controlling the weight of tablets
or finished bottles.
Production
Based on our machinery and production area, we can produce and pack, depending on the size of tablets or capsules, from:
1 000 000 to 1 200 000 tablets per day
900 000 to 1 100 000 capsules per day
At the customer’s request, we are able to pack products in non-standard packaging, including manual packaging.

Within our production base, we have a section dedicated to the production of probiotics (in accordance to the requirements of European law).
The group operates a licensed laboratory that also provides services outside the group. This allows for verification of the quality of the supplied ingredients and, consequently, certainty of this quality for the final product.
Our team operates basing on procedures confirmed by many certificates and licenses such as HACCP, GMP, SANEPID Laboratory License and very restrictive quality standards within the group supported by automatic verification of most production parameters.
